Board members asked the Selectboard (through Selectboard Chair Tim Howlett) to appoint Adam Broughton as an Alternate to the DRB and Broughton volunteered to present a sample subdivision at the next meeting to help members understand application procedures.

During the April 2 meeting the DRB requested that the Selectboard appoint Adam Broughton as an Alternate member of the Development Review Board. The minutes record that the request was made "through Tim Howlett as Selectboard Chair."
