The Select Board voted to enter executive session during the June 22 meeting, with Richard Pierce moving that premature public knowledge of a court matter would place the public body at a substantial disadvantage; Chris Walker seconded and the motion carried. Robin Trask moved that the board go into executive session to discuss information provided by the town attorney about the court case; Susan Leader seconded. The board returned from executive session at 7:35 p.m.
