Environmental services staff presented the annual fee schedule required before Oct. 1; the only change proposed for 2027 was to increase the compacted solid‑waste fee from $27 to $30 per compacted yard. Staff said the submitted 2027 budget already includes the $30 rate and that previous recommendations to raise the fee had been deferred to give haulers time to adjust.
