Resident Lewie Sternhagen asked the commission about progress on extending utilities west of Lead and the status of the city’s Facility Plan. City Administrator Robin Lucero responded that the city has signed an agreement with Brosz Engineering, which has compiled the water and sewer data and is developing a systems model.
