County staff told commissioners that a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) agreement had arrived from Florida Commerce for an infrastructure project to serve the Interstate 10/Highway 71 service area. Staff said the agreement would fund an elevated storage tank and a well and described the grant amount as "$3,800,000." "The CDBG is a $3,800,000 grant," staff said when describing the award to commissioners.
