Board awards FirstWatch contract for EMS analytics
The Board approved a single-source award to FirstWatch Solutions for an EMS analytics software layer: $199,433.46 for year 1 with two option years. County IT said the system will provide near-real-time alerts and performance monitoring for emergency services.

Mr. Forney Buchanan, of the Office of Information and Communication Technology, presented Solicitation No. 27-114 requesting a single-source award to FirstWatch Solutions, Inc. He described FirstWatch as an automated data layer that connects to existing databases and analyzes operational and clinical information in near real time to flag critical issues and performance drops.
