The Neighborhood Board of Adjustment approved NBOA Resolution No. 2026-12 on Aug. 19, granting a variance to reduce the rear-yard setback at 1097 E 6th Circle from 25 feet to 11 feet to accommodate a deck. Board Member Michele Gupton moved approval and Board Member Meredith Oliver seconded; the resolution passed 6 to 0.
