The Cochise County Board of Supervisors, acting as the library district board, voted to approve consent agenda items 1 and 2 by a 3-0 tally during a brief meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 22. A committee member moved the measure and the chair seconded; the chair announced the vote as "Motion carries 3 0."
