Staff member presented a standard procedure for when a home-delivered meal is undeliverable: the driver should make reasonable attempts, leave a note on the door stating an attempt was made, notify the site manager, and, if contact cannot be made after follow-up attempts, the supervisor will decide whether to request a welfare check from the sheriff's department. As staff put it, "When the meal is undeliverable, the driver will leave a note on the door indicating that an attempt was made."
