Deputy Director Holloman asked the board to approve two sole‑source procurements for Emergency Services: a maintenance agreement with Stryker for power-load systems, power cots, stair chairs and Lucas mechanical CPR devices, and a Peregrine software contract to integrate data across EMS, emergency management and fire marshal divisions.
