The Pomfret Planning Commission approved the minutes of Nov. 1, 2025, on a motion by Nelson Lamson, seconded by Tyler Wellington; the minutes state the motion carried but do not include a roll-call tally. Recorded actions also include scheduling a ridgeline hearing for a proposed standalone garage at 176 Rudge Road (hearing Jan. 5, site visit 6:30 p.m.), the commission’s endorsement of a cemetery-related revision to the Draft Town Plan to be forwarded to Selectboard Chair Ben Brickner, and the scheduling of Tier 3 draft map review for Dec. 17 in response to an email from Alex Weinhagen.
