Board approves routine resolutions, staff appointments and contracts

During the consent and action portion of the meeting the board considered and approved a series of routine resolutions covering warrants, donations, staff resignations and appointments, contract approvals and service-agreement addenda. Several resolutions were moved, seconded and approved by roll call; the clerk called votes for each item in sequence.
