Contractor reports full west-side reshingling at 532 Benton Street
A representative reported the west side of 532 Benton Street was fully reshingled from the peak down and five feet of roof trim addressed; council asked for pictures and said the inspector should confirm whether decking required replacement.

The property representative told the council they did more than the originally ordered repair: instead of patching, they removed shingles on the west side and reshingled the entire west slope from the peak down. "We tore that completely off and reshingled the whole entire thing," the representative said.
