Zoning administrator Trina presented a request from John and Marcela Busick (Busick Living Trust) to rezone two parcels in Section 17 from Agriculture-Residential to Business. Trina told the board the planning commission denied the request on July 10 and recommended denial again because the surrounding area to the west is residential, the parcels are on a township road rather than a state highway, and adjacent parcels zoned business are in residential use.
