During the April 7 meeting staff read a register of subdivisions approved since the January 6 meeting. The minutes list approvals with applicant names, townships and approval dates including: Wohlers, Jason & Guthrie, Helen (Conewango, 1/6/2026); Family Greenwoods, LP (Sheffield, 1/6/2026); Shetler, Eli W. & Mary L. (Sugar Grove Township, 1/13/2026); Davies, Ronald A. & Cathleen M. (Glade, 1/28/2026); Koppenhafer, Warren & Kristen (Pleasant, 2/2/2026); Coons, Robert A. (Pittsfield, 2/11/2026); United Refining Company (Sugar Grove Boro, 2/18/2026); Little Cabin Bar & Grill LLC (Freehold, 2/18/2026); and Messinger, Trevor (Columbus, 2/18/2026).
