District staff and project contractors gave the board a construction update for Evergreen Elementary, saying site work, underground utilities and foundation slabs are complete in sections and framing is underway. "Since breaking ground in June, we've gotten a lot of our civil infrastructure in... we've gotten our fire hydrants," Noah Nudell, the project superintendent for CoorsMo, told the board.
