Riverside Drive pre-construction set after county emergency approval

The city manager reported that Riverside Drive is moving into pre-construction after county action removed a funding hurdle. He said the city will meet with the contractor (named in the meeting as Rereath Riley) on Wednesday to finalize the schedule and that some equipment is already on site.
