Goldendale fire department offering free CPR classes through grant-funded program
Fire department staff said a grant (obtained by Phil) paid for free CPR and first-aid classes offered around the county; two classes already took place and more are planned before year-end.

A representative of the Goldendale Fire Department told the council the department has been offering free CPR and first-aid training paid for through a grant obtained by Phil. The department hosted two classes on Saturday, ran another in Klickitat, and plans additional sessions across the county to complete the program before the end of the year.
