County will remove temporary $1.43 tip fee and roll cost into contract tip fee

Presenters told the Council that a separate $1.43 fee added in 2017 to compensate for lower state funding is no longer warranted and staff propose rescinding that code language. Staff explained the fee was intended as a temporary measure and that the county will continue to receive program funding from its contract share of the transfer-station tip fee with Columbia Resource Company (CRC).
