Councilors agreed they want stakeholder engagement before committing to program details but differed on timing. Councilor Little asked for a roundtable that would include cities and organized stakeholder groups such as farmland trusts, conservation groups and developer organizations; staff were asked to compile a stakeholder list and survey participants on availability.
