Committee votes to send Pollard’s Prop A to full council for consideration
The Ethics and Governance Committee voted 7–2 to place Council Member Pollard’s Prop A on the full council agenda and to request further research on enhanced post-election disclosure as proposed by Vice Mayor Pro Tem Peck.

Councilor Sally Alcorn moved to place Council Member Edward Pollard’s Prop A (to repeal city loan-repayment limits) on the full City Council agenda and requested additional research into Vice Mayor Pro Tem Amy Peck’s third proposal (enhanced post-election disclosures). Chair Joaquin Martinez seconded the motion. After a roll-call vote, the motion carried with seven yes votes and two no votes.
