Council adopted Resolution No. R2M26-6 establishing a voluntary City-wide Commemorative Historic Plaque Program that would allow property owners to purchase plaques recognizing historic resources. The Director of Community Development presented the program design and consultants from Historic Resources Group (HRG) were referenced during the review.
