The Alhambra City Council accepted a Clean Power Alliance (CPA) Innovation Fund grant award of $168,450 to pilot a direct-to-renter program designed to expand renter access to clean power measures. The grant acceptance (Item 8) was moved and approved on the Consent Agenda; Mayor Maloney asked staff to continue reporting on program development.
