CIPC members set report format and request updated capital tables for draft report
Committee members agreed to a clearer report structure (Executive Summary, administrative matters) and asked staff and members to update open capital tables before substantive drafting of the CIPC report to the Town Manager.

Members discussed the formatting and content of the draft CIPC report to the Town Manager, with Brian O’Herlihy proposing that an Executive Summary appear early in the document and a clearer delineation between sections. Elizabeth Lusky agreed to update her open capital tables and provide them to Brad Carver for inclusion in a revised draft report.
