Staff presented Item 94 — Bridgeland Creekland Village general plan — proposing a 2,000‑acre general plan in Harris County’s extraterritorial jurisdiction. The applicant requested a variance to allow more than 150 lots served by a single point of access. Because Harris County Engineering asked for further coordination, staff requested a two‑week deferral.
