HCD updates committee: DR17 closeouts, DR24 dashboard launch, HHSP and HOPWA awards

Tamika Jones and other HCD staff provided consolidated updates on disaster‑recovery grants and several homeless‑services contract amendments. Jones said HCD submitted just under $5,900,000 in additional draw requests to the Texas General Land Office for DR17 and had received about $2,900,000 in approvals/returns since last month; she said the department expects GLO closeout letters soon.
