Committee members spent a large portion of the meeting troubleshooting the Metro Connect microtransit soft launch and outlining outreach to ensure ridership during the pilot. One committee member explained the app confusion: "So, it's Metro Connect Greater Portland app," and others described encountering two similar app entries in app stores and a separate payments app; members were advised to download the current app (search "GPM connect").
