At the Jan. 12 Select Board meeting the members recorded several routine approvals and one rescinded motion. Motions recorded in the minutes include approval of the meeting agenda (moved by Robin Trask, seconded by Susan Leader), approval of the Dec. 22 minutes (moved by Susan Leader, seconded by Richard Pierce), approval to include 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. options on a Town Meeting start-time survey (moved by Melissa Gates-Perry, seconded by Susan Leader), and the signing of financial orders. The minutes also record that a motion to donate the Adella Stannard Fund to the Cemetery Fund was made by Melissa Gates-Perry and seconded by Chris Walker but then rescinded after the clerk raised concerns about the fund’s intended purpose.
