The Brooklyn Village Council approved a parcel separation request for 120 Sherman St. during its Aug. 10 meeting. Trustee R. Kay moved to approve the separation of parcel #000-20-19-354-001-01 on the condition that the newly created parcel be combined with the new owner's adjacent property after sale so that it would not become landlocked; the motion passed unanimously by voice vote.
