Delray Beach CRA approves RFP for West Atlantic redevelopment, requires active frontage and encourages extra parking
The Delray Beach CRA voted to issue RFP CRA-2026-05 for the Southwest 600/700/800 blocks of West Atlantic Avenue with a planned Oct. 7 issuance and Dec. 2 submission deadline, directing 100% active frontage similar to the central business core, encouraging additional parking, and retaining a 40% low/moderate-income housing goal.
