ZBA approves storage building and setback variances for ReWorld Solutions
The Warren City Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously approved variances allowing ReWorld Solutions to build a 25-by-60-foot fabric storage building, retain reduced setbacks and install 6-foot fencing; planning staff said landscaping would be required if variances were denied.

The Warren City Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously Sept. 23 to approve multiple variances for ReWorld Solutions at the property commonly described as 21750 Hoover, clearing the way for a 25-foot by 60-foot fabric storage structure and other setback exceptions.
