Jamie Cole, filling in while Treasurer Taylor was absent, told the council that the organization is approaching a fiscal transition and that staff will be 'heavily involved' in closing out FY26 and initiating FY27. "We're a week away from FY17. It's quite something," Cole said (transcript text), noting there will be many transactions as staff finalizes the year.
