Owners given two-week deadline to obtain permits for unpermitted gas work

Code Compliance Manager Mr. Hooker presented photographs and a photo-authentication affidavit showing that on June 10, 2026 Total Comfort vehicles were observed at 30 Calumet Avenue and that a tankless water heater and propane gas lines appeared to have been installed without the required permits. Staff issued a Notice of Violation on June 11, 2026 and requested compliance by July 6; certified mail was returned unclaimed and staff reported no contact with the owners prior to the hearing.
