Commissioners and staff converged on a set of draft conditions they asked to see written before a public hearing: single-story buildings, a 300-foot maximum building length, a 40-foot width maximum, security cameras on the property, and incorporation of narrative elements into permit conditions or the concept plan. The applicant signaled willingness to accept numeric conditions on length, height and width and to add security cameras.
