The West Sadsbury Township Board of Supervisors voted to deny the plans referenced in the October 23, 2025 Becker Engineering review letter No. 1. Vice Chairman Merv Engel moved to deny the plans for the reasons stated in that letter; Supervisor John Keesey seconded and the motion carried 2-0.
