Gary, a city staff presenter, walked council through the city's 13 active tax increment districts and the projects associated with each. He highlighted TID 8 (Lake George Lofts, trail construction and the swinging bridge rehabilitation), TID 9 (Family Fresh property and trail completion), TID 10 (Sterling Ponds Corporate Park and potential street-lighting projects), TID 11 (River Falls Industrial Park and demolition at 716 North Main), and TID 19 (Man Valley Corporate Park and potential future roundabout).
