Planning commission recommends final approval for KTC Instruments addition at 135 Industry Drive

Findlay Township planning commissioners recommended that the Board of Supervisors grant final land development approval to KTC Real Estate, LLC for a 6,030-square-foot addition to the building at 135 Industry Drive, which would increase the structure to 10,920 square feet. The recommendation included a modification to waive internal parking-lot landscaping and a waiver to allow an eight-foot by ten-foot loading berth, and it was made subject to addressing all stormwater comments and the items listed in staff’s Aug. 20, 2026 review letter.
