Commissioners agreed to repost the District 4 vacancy after an initial applicant was disqualified and asked staff to accept new applications through Friday for consideration at the next meeting. If no suitable applicants arrive, commissioners said they would extend or reopen the posting; Kelly was named the interim backup in the meantime.
