The Board adopted an updated Information Technology Use and Security Policy effective immediately and authorized remaining payments for a three-year KnowBe4 security-awareness training subscription as budgeted.

Acting on a recommendation of the Properties Committee, the Lapeer County Board adopted an updated Information Technology Use and Security Policy on July 23, and authorized the Information Technology director to proceed with remaining KnowBe4 security-awareness training subscription payments for the county, to be paid from the designated fund line at no additional cost to the county general fund (motion 191-2026 and 194-2026).
