Under Old Business the board discussed the Downtown Kalkaska Safety Plan and recorded that the group is waiting on the grant letter for funding for the SS4A (Safe Streets and Roads for All) program. The minutes state that the RFPs required to advance the plan cannot be completed until the grant letter is received.
