County extends outreach software contract to create QR codes, electronic business cards
Franklin County Data Center received approval to modify and extend a contract for a digital outreach solution (PAPO/Papulco) to help public health distribute information via electronic business cards and QR codes; commissioners approved the $6,000 modification.

Julie Lust of the Franklin County Data Center presented Resolution 61026 asking the board to approve a contract modification and extension with the vendor named in the resolution. She explained the software "creates electronic business cards and QR codes that allows public health to easily share information and social links when meeting with residents and businesses throughout Franklin County."
