The commission voted to approve a preliminary planned unit development for the Adrian Mall property at 1357 South Main (R26-076). Developer Mr. Howard outlined a phased approach that would start with a 7,000-square-foot plaza and follow with redevelopment of large anchor spaces; he said he is working with national brokers and retail prospects and expects initial phases to create jobs.
