County staff updated commissioners on several infrastructure projects. The Apple Valley entrance and the new sewer/department building are "on pace" and the contractor (identified in the transcript as Crocs) is aiming for completion by Thanksgiving, barring adverse weather. "I think everything is it's on pace. I believe it'll be done by probably Thanksgiving," a staff member said.
