The applicant asked to withdraw Amendment 3C to delete a segment of Kermar Road so the developer could re-evaluate options; the commission accepted the withdrawal and the item will not advance at this time.

Amendment 3C, which proposed deleting a segment of Kermar Road, was withdrawn at the applicant's request. Jennifer Curtis of Meta Planning & Design told the commission the developer wished to take more time to evaluate options and be a good neighbor to surrounding communities, so they respectfully requested withdrawal.
