Council approves revised Pleasant Grove housing terms after questioning ARPA per-unit increase
Council approved an amendment to a conditional grant for the Pleasant Grove development that reduces total units from 125 to 95 while increasing the share of units reserved at or below 80% AMI from 20% to 30%. Council members questioned the unchanged ARPA contribution and an increase in per-unit subsidy to roughly $19,518.
