Commission approves property transfers, authorizes Broadway redevelopment RFP and promotes downtown market

The Redevelopment Commission approved Resolution 7753 to accept transfers of real property from the Board of Public Works so previously awarded properties can be conveyed to awardees. Attorney Jenkins said the transfers mirror action taken this morning by the Board of Public Works and clear title for properties already awarded to named recipients.
