The Gary Redevelopment Commission voted to approve claims totaling $287,181.38 during its Sept. 23 meeting, the commission said. The packet included multiple vendor invoices: American Construction Point $8,628.68 for a feasibility study on 15th Avenue; Cutright Lawn Care LLC $13,810 for grounds work at redevelopment properties; Nelson Appraisal Service LLC $2,600; and CB Construction Services $242,895 for demolition work that staff said the building department verified.
