During the webinar Q&A, attendees suggested films and asked practical questions about documents and digital tools. Jefferson recommended a portable medical order (POLST) and suggested taping it by the bedside so emergency responders and staff can see it quickly. She also praised password managers as a way to keep images and PDFs of marriage certificates, passports and other records accessible: "That sounds like a great little tidbit there, too," Jefferson said in response to an attendee describing BitWarden.
