The Manatee County board adopted a five‑year Capital Improvement Plan for FY2027–2031 and a CIP policy during the Sept. 24 hearing. Staff presented totals and noted that enterprise funds (primarily utilities) make up a large share of the CIP, with wastewater and potable water accounting for a very high share of enterprise CIP dollars.
