Council reviewed a draft code for accessory dwelling units (ADUs). Town Attorney Jeff Slothower reported he and Eli from BHC discussed adding a water/sewer element to the draft to address the impact of new connections on the town system. Mayor DeVere asked Clerk Luanne to reach out to the town engineers to learn what other municipalities are doing and to provide guidance to council during the comp plan update process.
